Welcome to MyFitness Locker! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyFitness Locker website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Provided "As-Is"

The MyFitness Locker application is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we include technical support as part of the service, we make no warranties—express or implied—regarding the functionality, reliability, availability, or performance of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

MyFitness Locker operates on a subscription-based model. When you subscribe, you agree to be billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your subscription, your access to the Service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. There will be no pro-rated refunds for any remaining days in your billing cycle after cancellation.

3. Privacy and Data Sharing

We value your privacy. By default, all personal data, including your workouts, progress photos, and any other logged activity, is private and not shared with any other users or external parties.

Optional Sharing

If you wish to share your workouts or progress pictures with other users, you may do so by enabling the "sharing" option when completing a workout or uploading progress pictures. Sharing is disabled by default to ensure your data remains private unless you explicitly choose to share it.

We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal information to any third parties.

4. Geographic Availability

The MyFitness Locker service is currently available only within the United States of America. By using the Service, you confirm that you are accessing it from within the United States. Access from other countries is not supported at this time.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
